An innovative way to de-junk your trunk starting with your pantry, refrigerator, and freezer. We personally go through all the items in your pantry, refrigerator, or freezer and upon eliminating certain items, explain why they are not healthy. Healthier solutions are offered in your one- on-one restocking session at your local market.
Cooking For A New You:
Come learn how to to find your way around the kitchen and see how easy it really can be to create a fabulous dish you will actually love! Each class will be a little different, but you are sure to come away with some awesome new skills and a full tummy!
