Welcome to WHOLE WOMAN WELLNESS.  Our mission is to educate and empower women to be in control of their health and well-being, and by extension, their lives.

Through individual health coaching and group seminars, Whole Woman Wellness hopes to help you live the healthiest life you can.

Have you ever thought about the quality of the food that you eat and how poor nutrition and poor food choices negatively effect your health and well-being?   We live in a society that is increasingly dependent on drugs to heal us. True health and healing begins with you:  your food, your lifestyle, your thoughts and actions or lack of actions.

What are doing to bring true health into your life?

Are you confused about what foods are good for you?

Health Coaching is a unique, exciting innovation in health and nutrition. As a Health Coach, I  will help you discover what foods and lifestyle approaches works best for you at this point in your life.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I  work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Getting Started

When was the last time you talked with someone about you health and received the personal attention you deserve?

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Bio-Individuality and Primary Food  I don’t believe in eating plans or diets and my training has reinforced this. Even though, biologically speaking, our bodies are 99% the same, that one percent that defines each of us as an individual makes enough difference that we each have to find our own ideal way of eating. Moreover, that ideal way of eating, just like anything else in life, is dynamic and ever-changing — this is what we call bio-individuality. If someone tells you they know exactly what you should eat, they’re wrong. My approach is not to tell you what to eat but to coach you through individual experimentation and observation. I won’t give you fish, but I will teach you to fish.

Another important concept from my training is primary food. Primary food is everything that nourishes you, but you don’t eat. Relationships, physical activity, career and spirituality are all part of your primary food, which is decisive in your health and happiness. If you’ve ever had to force a child to stop playing to eat, then you can understand the power of this concept. Primary food is calorie-free nourishment and it fills you up! When it doesn’t fill you up, or when it drains you, then you may turn to food in unhealthy ways. We will talk about primary food here and there; it is a fundamental concept of my philosophy.

How is this really going to help me?

Figuring out your relationship with food is life-changing stuff! Imagine if you didn’t struggle with digestion issues, had the energy you always wanted or didn’t crave junk foods? If you liberated yourself from your obsession with food and effortlessly kept your ideal weight? If your visits to the doctor were always simple checkups? How would this affect your life?

Have you ever thought of the fact that we spend lots of money, time and energy studying all kinds of things that don’t affect our health directly (computers, cars, languages, etc.) but never spend any time studying ourselves? Shouldn’t you invest a little time studying and understanding your own body?
